The first stage was successfully implemented. This is the construction of an oil extraction plant. In 2023, we reached full production capacity – 1,000 tons of sunflower seed processing per day. This is the highest indicator in Kazakhstan, which automatically makes our company an industry leader.
Annual output: 130,500 tons of unrefined vegetable oil, 112,500 tons of high-protein meal, 660 tons of phosphatide concentrate, 14,000 tons / year of fuel pellets from sunflower husk. The products of QAZAQ-ASTYQ GROUP LLP are sold in the domestic market of Kazakhstan, China, Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East.

The second stage of the company's development is the construction of a sunflower oil refining plant, a bottled oil filling and packaging line. The design production capacity is 200 tons per day. It is planned to create 111 jobs. Commissioning works are scheduled for December 2025.

And in 2027, the third stage of development of QAZAQ-ASTYQ GROUP LLP is planned – the construction and launch of a plant for the production of fat substitutes.
